Who are we looking for
We are looking for a Digital IP Enforcement Coordinator to support Brand Protection in North America. You will be responsible to implement projects in support of the IP Digital Enforcement Strategy implementation. This role is based in Nike WHQ in Beaverton, reporting to the Brand Protection Director for Americas. Your accountabilities include:
Support Digital Platforms’ monitoring, status assessment and engagement to address infringements including Digital products/NFTs
Develop metrics to measure Digital IPR infringements and results of enforcement actions.
Lead, translate and present web analytic data into concrete insights.
Drive Digital IP Enforcement Strategic Initiatives and related communication projects.
Support O2O enforcement Strategy
Support strategic enforcement actions in the framework of Nike Integrated Market Place strategy.
What you will work on
We are looking for an IP Enforcement Coordinator to lead and implement the strategy in North America. The Coordinator should be able to lead projects to clean up digital marketplace from counterfeit, driving critical initiatives.
Who you will work with
You will work primarily with the brand protection team and IP team members and connect with Nike business functions, Grey Market Management, legal team and with third-party vendor, law firms and law enforcement agencies.

What you bring
Bachelor Degree or Higher or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
At least 1-2 years directly relevant work experience in a legal department and or/IP enforcement and anti-counterfeiting, including online.
Experience with virtual goods including NFT’s and Blockchain technology.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interact with internal customers, external partners.
High level of integrity and attention to details.
Ability to balance multiple tasks and prioritize work within a fast-paced environment.
