Job Description : This person will be the Lead Operator on their shift. Seeking candidates with previous Machine Operation experience that have been a Team Lead of their manufacturing line. This person will be responsible for: -Being the first line of defense so if something goes wrong. -The go to person to help on mechanical issues if anything goes wrong on the line. If this person is unable to fix the issue then Maintenance is called.-Help with scheduling of the line if scheduler is out on vacationThis individual will be running machinery for the majority of the day but need to have the basic leadership/mechanical skills as well. May have to work an occasional Saturdays (Maybe once a month). 2nd and 3rd shift openings available. Qualified candidates please respond with an updated resume today.
