Partner with office Administrator toCo-lead all aspects of daily office operationsOversee client and caregiver relationships and work to build satisfaction and retentionCo-manage corporate, industry, vendor, referral source, and community relationsAssist with office financials (e.g. create billing reports, finalize invoices)Correspond and coordinate with outside referrals (e.g. case manager, physicians, hospice)Provide oversight on compliance and policy procedures for home care agenciesComplete client intakes and develop appropriate service plansRequirementsExcellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsExcellent organizational, analytical, and solution-focused problem-solving skillsAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn ClearCare softwareQualificationsDegree in Human Resource, Healthcare Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred.Years of education may be substituted for years of experience in healthcare management, administrative, human resource, or other corporate-level positions.Proven work experience as a strong team leaderExperience in a healthcare environmentBenefitsCompetitive payFull time M-F 8am-5pmHealth insurance, eligible after 90 days for employees working a minimum of 30 hours/week1 week paid sick time, 1 week paid vacation 1st year, 2 weeks paid vacation 2nd yearBi-Weekly pay with direct deposit available401K, eligible after 1 yearPeriodic Performance bonus (discretionary)Job Type: Full-timePay: $42,000.00 – $45,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Medical Office: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
