Job Description : Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.Maintain operation of the Resort, including housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, front desk, and administrative office.Budget relative to monthly actuals and provide variance explanations.Supervise all Petty Cash transactions.Perform daily inspection of the property, including units, and exteriors.Direct training of all personnel in aspects of the resort.Generate and review all correspondence with Owners, Vendors, and Board of Directors.Schedule all Resort Desk, Maintenance, and Housekeeping personnel.Schedule of department lead responsibilities.Other duties may be assigned.Job Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hourJob Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityWork Location: One location
