The Weekend Concierge provides exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner. This position is responsible for graciously greeting community visitors, addressing the questions or concerns of prospective or current elders and families as well as providing support to sales and marketing and the business office. The Concierge pays attention to details and uses creativity to create positive experiences with current and prospective elders by managing the lobby experience for all visitors.
Experience
Successfully complete training as required by state regulationsAbility to read, write and speak EnglishMust be able to communicate effectively with elders, families, team members, vendors and the general publicMust meet all health requirements, including TBMust be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodationMust pass criminal background checkMust have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly; enjoy working with people in generalResourceful and strong problem-solverAbility to work well with people under emotional or stressful situationsStrong organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesWord processing, spreadsheet and email skillsPrevious experience answering telephones and/or in a customer service position
