Position : Harvest Trimmer

Job Description : The Trim Crew plays a crucial role in our production of high-quality cannabis products. Trimmers report directly to the Harvest Coordinator. To be successful in this position the ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail oriented, and enjoy working with plants and organics. This position may require working on your feet and/or on the ground for the entire shift with frequent handling of plants.

We are currently hiring for NIGHT SHIFT employees: Monday – Friday, 4:00pm – 12:30am

Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Pruning & Harvesting plants
Preparing harvested plants for curing
Fine-trimming for highest quality consumable product
Cleaning up between breaks, after each shift, and post-harvest
Meeting daily/weekly production quotas
Various responsibilities as assigned by the Harvest Coordinator and/or the Assistant Head Cultivators
Must pass a Background Check and/or be able to obtain appropriate Occupational License/Permit to work in a Licensed cannabis facility in Michigan.
Ability to sit or stand for 8 hours daily.
Attentive to details with a high standard for quality performance.
Manual dexterity within a range of repetitive motions.
Basic knowledge of cannabis cultivation.
Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional teamwork skills and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year of experience working in a commercial cannabis cultivation facility.
1 year of experience with handling and trimming cannabis plants for sale.
High School Diploma or GED.

COVID-19 Considerations: You will be required to wear a mask or face covering in accordance with current Michigan state mandates. Employees are asked to take their temperature before each shift and notify management if risks or exposure may be an issue.
This position is open immediately; we are considering candidates for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Temporary scheduling.
