Job Description : Applicants with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.This is a remote role to start with strong preference to being onsite as soon as able. Looking for candidates that are able to work onsite as soon as restrictions are lifted.Job Description: The Business & Process Improvement Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Chrome Operations Team by offloading, perfecting, and performing scheduled as well as ad-hoc tasks. Since many core tasks will not be documented, Business & Process Improvement Analyst will need to comprehend processes and produce standardized documentation. By supporting the Chrome Operations Team, this roles objective is to increase the productivity and data delivered to make business decisions. Responsibilities may include: Requesting access to internal tools Production of Various indicators, reports, presentations from raw dataResearching financial accounts to collect, organize and reconcile requested data Working with Various stakeholders to drive resolution of issues and or assignments.**Financial Modeling or data mining, clarity**Must be a good communicator and open to a lot of communication, able to discuss data sets.Required Skills: Strong tolerance of ambiguityStrong business acumen/analytics Strong customer service skills (both oral and written) Strong attention to detailStrong organizational/planning skillsStrong communication/listening skills Self-learner and ability to stay busyAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) Advanced knowledge of the English Language (both oral and written)Additional Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or similar field Expertise in data modeling Expertise in HTML coding (Microsoft SharePoint Designer) Expertise in SharePoint maintenanceInterview process: Expect 3 interviews 30 min each.
