The Medical Receptionist interested in this position is looking for their last position to retire. Clinic staff are long-term and looking for someone who wants long term and stable employment. Medical Receptionist will have a minimum of 1+ years of current physician office or clinic working as a with Medical Reception experience. This is an immediate position to fill. Computer software use includes Medisoft and Practice Fuson.JOB DUTIES: Schedule appointments and handle appointment reminder callsCheck in patients, and collect moneyHandle filing and medical recordsChart prep for next day, mail and other basic front desk responsibilitiesJOB REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED equivalentCOVID vaccine proofA minimum of 1-year current physician office or clinic experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Signing bonusCOVID-19 considerations:PPE, including masks, is being provided to every employee to maintain the highest standards of health and safety.
