Job Description : Under the direction of the school principals, the music teacher plans and provides for appropriate learning experiences for students throughout the K-12 district in a variety of educational settings. The teacher creates a flexible music program and a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth. Further, the teacher establishes effective rapport with students; motivates students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation of music education in accordance with each student’s ability; establishes good relationships with parents and other staff members.
