Job Description : Our Controller will Lead financial reporting functions for one business unit, at one location.Manage the closing process for the ledger including journal entries, report compilation, revenue and expense analysis and account reconciliations. This includes ensuring the ledger is in compliance with GAAP.Develop annual budgets and analysis.Assist with year-end external audit preparation including key account reconciliations and other auditor requests.Cost tracking for fixed asset and tooling projects.Analyzing and reporting financial data including scrap reporting, efficiency reporting, and labor utilization reporting.Update, publish, and provide analysis on Product Line Profit Reports.Manage inventory reporting and standard costs calculations.Leading annual physical inventory activities by overseeing process and driving accurate results.Participate with plant management team to analyze data and drive improvements in processes.Manage one salary exempt employee.Responsible for enforcing accounting policies and procedures.Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as requested.Collaborate with the commercial team on pricing and material surcharges.Required Knowledge and Characteristics: ERP software experience, Aptean software experience preferredStrong understanding of GAAPStandard cost experienceComputer skills (Advanced Excel)Teamwork orientedGood interpersonal skillsGood analytical skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payExperience:GAAP: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
