Job Description : The Good Feet Store is a specialty retail store focused on the health and welfare of our clients. We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead, develop and mentor our Customer Service team.

Summary:

Lead and assist the customer service team in providing the highest level of service to our clients.

Talents and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Commitment to providing superior customer service to clients, team and coworkers.
Communicate with customers to provide information, promote programs, and resolve issues
Promote positive customer service techniques and programs.
Monitor visitors access to home office and provide a welcoming experience.
Leadership experience and ability.
Recruit, develop, and mentor Customer Service staff and create an environment for the team to excel.
Manage team to ensure company standards are met and exceeded.
Strong teaching skills.
Train and encourage staff to consistently deliver excellent service with each client.
Educate staff and clients on the benefits and advantages of products and services.
Excellent communication skills.
Answer questions about organization, advise on product uses and provide callers with needed information.
Prepare reporting.
Comfort with technology.
Utilize software to ensure positive experience and to provide reporting.
Monitor client reviews and messages; draft and post responses.
Operate and manage multiline telephone system.

Background:

5 years of work experience in a customer service, client facing, environment
1-3 years of managerial experience leading a team

Benefits:

$65,000 annual base salary; compensation will be determined based experience and qualifications
