Job Description : Adapt Integrated Health Care is currently looking for a full time Recruiter to join their Human Resources Team!This position is located in Roseburg, Oregon and works on-site.The ideal candidate will be experienced in recruiting medical and behavioral health providers, using marketing strategies, and will be committed to understanding and aligning with the agency’s goals and mission.Must have:Excellent communication, both verbal and writtenExcellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookExcellent interpersonal skillsExperience in proactive recruiting is a plus!Requirements: Healthcare recruiting experience and Bachelor’s degree preferred.Excellent salary and great benefits. Adapt offers two insurance plans to all eligible Full-Time employees and their families, in which Adapt currently pays 100% of the premiums.
