By fostering collaboration and connection at every level, we can be phenomenal.RequirementsMust be able to read and follow written or oral instructionsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentMust own and be able to use a smartphone and google or apple mapsAbility to be on your feet or on a van route all-dayAbility to communicate effectively digitally over text message and emailHigh school, GED, or equivalent diplomaMust complete a background and motor vehicle history check if offered the position (2 or fewer accidents in 3 years, No DUI or reckless driving in previous 5 years)At least 21 years oldHave a valid driver’s license for 3+ yearsNo previous experience required – just motivation to provide a great customer experienceShift Details7:30am-6:00pmFull Time (30-40 hours) availablePart-Time (20-30 hours) availableJob Duties IncludeArrive on time to each stop on your routeFollow instructions on our Ridwell fleet app directing you to pick up specific items at each stopCommunicate any discrepancies on pick up with Ridwell driver supportUnderstand time management and communicate when a route is taking longer than anticipatedProvide excellent customer service to internal/external customersLoad and unload items into and out of the company-owned vansUse text message and email to communicate with Ridwell driver support and the Ridwell driver managerEnsure compliance regarding all company policies and proceduresOther duties assigned as necessary by managementBenefits of working at RidwellCareer development: Many of our entry-level employees become leaders in operations and other areas.Benefits: We offer 100% employer-paid health benefits after 90 days to eligible employeesReliable hours: We will give you a stable schedule you can count on.Wages: Starts at $18.00 per hourCandidates must be 21 years or older and be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach, and lift up to 49 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
