Job Description : The Role
Tesla seeks a talented Regional Specialist for the Charging Infrastructure team to support the Northwest region. The Regional Specialist is responsible for organizational tasks associated with site acquisition, development, and deployment of Tesla Superchargers. This roles requires an individual who is a true team player with exceptional organization, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills who can execute autonomously. This role requires flexibility and adaptability to the evolving needs of Tesla’s programs, projects, and organization. The Regional Specialist will report to the Northwest Regional Manager.
Responsibilities
Create purchase orders, prepare check requests, and record costs details
Oversee material logistics and storage organization
Manage contractor and supplier onboarding and coordination
Assist in permitting research and fulfillment
Serve as a communication liaison with external project stakeholders
Ensure accuracy and consistency across tools, databases, and reports
Utilize resources to prepare distributions and reports
Notetaking, distribution, and records keeping of meetings, process, and decisions
Manage and execute delegation plans while team members are out of office
Special duties and projects as assigned or necessary
