Job Description : Our company is looking to add a VP of Training to our leadership team. They will be responsible for improving the quality of work and productivity of the organization’s employees. This position assesses property-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for all employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs, and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.Essential Functions:Responsible for the development, implementation, and continued oversight of all regulated and developmental training.Design overall talent strategy and programs necessary to ensure talent is effectively on-boarded, developed, and deployed to drive and support the business.Proposes training and development programs and objectives including Learned Management Systems (LMS) and other platforms to enhance the learning experience.Continually evaluates training progress and training procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update curriculum as needed.Develops and maintains organizational communications to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.Modifies programs as needed.Required Education and ExperienceMasters’ degree in relevant field or job related equivalent.Five years of experience training and leadership experience.Must be willing to travel!Job Type: Full-timePay: $95,000.00 – $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Kalamazoo, MI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:Leadership: 5 years (Preferred)training: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
