Position – Finance-Executive/Sr-Executive/AM
Primary Responsibility: -Keep accurate records for all daily transactionsPrepare balance sheetsProcess invoicesDocuments verificationRecord accounts payable and accounts receivableUpdate internal systems with financial dataPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports (MIS)Reconcile bank statementsCompliance ManagementParticipate in financial auditsVendor Payment ManagementCash Flow ManagementTrack bank deposits and paymentsAssist with budget preparationTaxation-Direct/Indirect returnsReview and implement financial policies
Candidate Profile: -Good communications skillsProven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role of 2 -3 yearsSolid knowledge of financial and accounting proceduresExperience using financial software (SAP, TALLY, ERP)Advanced MS Excel skillsKnowledge of financial regulations(GST, TDS, VAT, TAX)Excellent analytical and numerical skillsSharp time management skillsStrong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential dataB.com/M.com degree in Finance, Accounting or EconomicsProfessional qualification as a CA is considered a plusPreferably from Ecommerce/Retail Industry
