Job Description : TRANSACTIONAL LEGAL ASSISTANT – BEND. Francis Hansen & Martin LLP is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join its transactional department. Minimum 3 years law firm experience. Estate planning, business and real estate transaction experience preferred. Skills must include attention to detail and strong word processing and communication skills.Duties include: Assisting transactional department with file management, calendaring, communication with clients, and drafting correspondence and basic legal documents.We are a 9 attorney law firm with an established transactional practice. This is a great opportunity to join an experienced team in a busy but collegial work environment. A strong work ethic and good sense of humor are a must.This is a ¾ time to full-time position with a competitive benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and 401(k).
