Job Description : Small business feel with big company benefits seeking full time Heavy Machinery Operator. Brent Woodward, Inc. is a fully owned subsidiary of Quanta Services, LLC.The Heavy Machinery Operator will be responsible for operating heavy machinery including, but not limited to; track drills and drill trucks (LoDril, IMT, Watson, Yutong, Altec), cranes, excavators, backhoes, telehandlers, pickups, trailers, skid steers, etc. The Operator that we are seeking will:Travel to locations in the Pacific Northwest including OR, WA, CA, ID, MT, NV, UT, WY with possibility of AK and HI.Be able to meet all Federal, State, Local and Company safety requirements.Work overtime, weekends and nights when required.CDL License is strongly preferred.Be able to maintain and repair machinery (preferred).Be 18 years or older.Be union or non-union.Participate in a drug free work environment.Operator Specific Preferred Experience: 3+ years of heavy/medium equipment operation. 5+ years preferred.Knowledgeable with lasers, theodolites, measuring equipment, etc.Concrete pouring, placement and finishing.Company offers: Company paid individual and family insurance package including health, dental, prescription, etc.Employer matched 401k.Paid time off, paid holidays.Starting at $36-41 per RT hour depending on experience.Per diem and meal allowances during work related travel.Job Type: Full-timePay: $36.00 – $41.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Oregon: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Machine Operators: 3 years (Required)License/Certification:CDL (Preferred)Willingness to travel:75% (Preferred)Work Location: On the road
