Job Description : The office administrative assistant is responsible for assisting several managers with day-to-day operations. Duties include but are not limited to:Greeting customersAnswering phone calls and emailsReceiving paymentsFilingOffice cleaningMaintaining administrative processes and proceduresProcessing payrollCreating purchase orders and receiving inventoryWorking with databases to communicate with customersProcessing paperwork between the local and corporate officesQuickBooks experience is beneficial but not essential. Computer knowledge is a must. We are seeking an outgoing individual that works well as part of a team, but is also self-motivated and well organized.
