Job Description : Lady Janes Haircuts for Men is looking to ad an IT manager to our corporate headquarters in Birmingham, MI! The IT manager is to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.IT ResponsibilitiesCorporate Office and Device Management· Maintain all digital/led displays/video walls throughout the corporate office· Setup Maintenance calls with Don Lors Electronics· Maintain Ethernet connectivity quickly and efficiently· Work closely to ensure all devices maintain connection· Troubleshoot issues with ISP, Network, and Don Lors to ensure business support is maintained· Ensure all computers remain connected and on at all times· Clean computer files as needed to assist LJ Employees· Troubleshoot computer issues timely as it impedes business capabilitiesCorporate Device Replacement· Ensure new computer setup has appropriate files needed for function and use· Ensure desktop is set per IT Guidelines· Ensure all functions and use programs are installed per IT guidelines· Wipe current data on returned device for new use as needed· Maintain usage of Operations devices as needed· Ensure all corporate laptops and desktops connect correctly to the network printer· Troubleshoot issues as needed· Change out Toner and Waste Cartridge as needed· Laptop replacements as needed· Work with provider on an as needed basis for repairs and maintenance to services· Troubleshoot directly with provider for all salon locations· Order new devices as neededSalon Level Computer Maintenance· Remotely connect to store computers and troubleshoot issues with browsers, printer, etc.· Setup new computers or replacement computers for store use, including Stylist and Customer terminals· Instruct proper maintenance of devices at the salon level· Tier 1 tech support for salons· Troubleshoot POS and browser compatibility· Troubleshoot issues with connectivity and printer drivers as needed· Replace device in certain circumstances due to damageSalon Credit Card Machine Maintenance· Troubleshoot errors at the salon level· Mitigate issues with network connectivity at the cradle point· Test new roll out devices as needed· Tier 1 tech support for salonsSalon Phone Maintenance· Troubleshoot Tier 1 support with salons· Ensure connectivity to network with Verizon· Replace devices as neededSalon Cradle point Maintenance· Troubleshoot internet outages as needed· Maintain adjustments to the group settings or individual device settingsNew Salon Roll Out· Purchase required materials (Computers, Keyboards, Mice, USB, Printer)· Purchase Cradlepoint and Authorize network access via Verizon· Purchase Verizon Phone Device to local number· Purchase Handset devices per IT Specifications· Configure new Cradlepoint for network deployment and test· Image computers to IT Specifications needed for salon useSalon TV Tech Support· Tier 1 tech support for salons· Troubleshoot USB TV or Dish TVs per Codes/ERRORAdministrative· Maintain admin profiles and users of Lady Jane’s domains· Troubleshoot accounts as needed· Assist in users maintaining their Google Workspace account· Mitigate security issues on all accounts· Remove or Suspend users per instruction· Maintain Ladyjanes.com website with new content/removal of content· Maintain WickedAwesomewishes.org with new content/removal of content· Build websites as needed· Purchase domains as needed· Maintain GoDaddy account and correct billing errors associated· Maintain Google Workspace Business account and correct errors as needed· Correct mapping issues at the salon level· Troubleshoot issues with all Lady Jane’s websites and accounts· Perform additional functions as requestedJob Type: Full-timeEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Information Technology Managers: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
