Position : Customer Service Representative/Scheduler
Job Description : Oregon City Garage Door is currently seeking a CSR / Scheduler for full time employment. We are a full service overhead door company that provides sales, service and installation of Overhead Doors in the Portland Metro-Area for both Residential and Commercial customers.Responsibilities Include:- Managing Service Technicians Daily / Weekly Schedules- Dispatching service techs throughout metro area- Answering phones and scheduling service appointments and estimates- Work closely with owner and other managers- Customer Relations- Service Titan dispatch program- Creating, maintaining and entering data using Excel- QuickBooks- Additional administrative duties as requestedRequirements:- Must have excellent customer service, communication, and phone skills- Ability to be organized and prioritize- Must be a team player, with a professional attitude towards customers and coworkers- Intermediate computer and data entry skills, including Word and Excel- Ability to multi-task- Self-starter, work independently- Comprehensive knowledge of the Portland Metro Area geographyBenefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K w/ matching, PTO, and holiday payWork schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pmMay be asked to rotate with Saturday schedule 8am-4pmIf interested, please send in your resume and list of references.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hourBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityWork Location: One location
