Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Sr. Python Developer you will work for Network Engineering Deploy team, which is responsible for deploying and supporting one of the world’s largest, most complex, and robust networks.
Responsibilities:
Automation is the key to meeting our demands; you will be responsible for conceiving, developing and launching tools to support network deployment and maintenance
Development, deployment, support and maintenance of Applications in scope
Liaison with Global Product Owners, Network Architects and APJ Program Managers and Market stakeholders to ensure that the global programs are rolled out in accordance with the Network Engineering requirements
Continually focus on improving the application
Work effectively in collaboration with other team members, partners and other support functions when required
Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
Be part of the squad for the development, deployment, support and maintenance of Applications in scope
Liaison with Global CIO Product Owners, Network Architects and APJ Program Managers and Market stakeholders to ensure that the global programs are rolled out in accordance with the CIO Network Engineering requirements

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Overall experience of around 10 years in IT, out of which 5+ years of experience in Python programing
Demonstrated proficiency with Python Web framework, such as Flask, Django etc.
Deep understanding of HTTP/HTTPS stack and REST
Experience with asynchronous tasking and remote procedure calls
Experience in Data Analysis using Numpy, Pandas
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as DB2, MySQL, Redis and Elastic Search etc
Familiarity with Github and Agile development lifecycle
Familiarity with Linux shell scripting and system management
Knowledgeable in Docker container deployment tools, such as docker-compose, Kubernetes, OpenShift etc.
Knowledgeable in TCP/IP and other network protocols such as DNS, SNMP, SMTP, SIP etc
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
OPs Skills : Hands-on experience with setting up and maintenance of Dockers and VMs, DB Clusters Message Queues, Load Balancers
Experience on Security vulnerabilities checks and fixes, Elastic Search, Implementation of SSO SAML
High aptitude and knowledge in technology-agnostic approach to engineering
Eager to learn and utilize new technologies, concepts and procedures as appropriate to project requirements
Working knowledge of Agile project management and experience in using Project Management/Agile Tools like Jira
You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
