Design, build and run digital products and technology services for clients and colleagues.

drive technical specification and the component designdevelop the service-layer of a large-scale rich internet platform in collaboration with business analysts, client-side developers, database developers and quality assurance (QA) professionalsmaster state-of-the-art technologies within a complex business domainshare knowledge across the whole development communitytake pride in the quality of delivered software products and services (this is what drives you)
Your team
You’ll be working in the Global Market Technology Enhanced Sales team in London focusing on creating the most data driven, agile, productive and technology enabled sales force in the industry
Your expertise
experience in managing globally spread resources and knowing about possibly related cultural aspectsstrong experience with Java Enterprise and the Spring Framework (Container, MVC, JDBC)expertise in generic computing science including OOP modelling (UML, SOLID etc.), algorithms, data structures and design patternsclean coding and refactoring skillsgood knowledge of unit testing approach & frameworks (e.g. JUnit)experience with build tools like Ant or Maven, and development tools such as Eclipse, Git, Subversion, JIRA, TeamCity, Nexusproficiency with relational database concepts and interaction (JDBC, SQL, RDBMS)experience with web servers running Tomcat & Apacheworking knowledge of client-side web technologies (JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS)know-how of agile development practices (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.)
