Job Description : Job SummaryThis position is for managing HR activities in a 50+ group of skilled personnel involved in research & manufacturing activity. Job focus will be on HR recruitments, employee engagement & training and other activities pertaining to a generalist HR roleRole & Responsibilities: o Activities related to recruitment processes – coordinate to have well-defined job description, screening & shortlisting candidates, timely communications & closing recruitment at target budgetso Monitor absorption of new recruits into the company with appropriate induction & training, gauge issues on employee satisfaction & coordinate on periodic performance management systemo Assess and coordinate on employee training & development requirementso Review of HR policies and systems and implementing & improving the sameo Promote positive and open work environment through employee engagement activities for a productive organizational cultureo Coordinate with internal Admin function & external HR consultants for effective delivery of their servicesKey Skills: Communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, taking initiative, familiarity on HR Policies & procedures vis-à-vis statutory norms· Required Experience and QualificationsGraduates with biotechnology background & related work experience as HR Executive would be preferredJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹12,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:HR: 1 year (Required)total work: 1 year (Required)Language:English (Required)
