To work as experience management POC for multiple regions/industry/sector teams. An EM team lead is expected to supervise senior associates, provide subject matter guidance, lead deployment strategies and drive compliance to EM guidelines for the assigned portfolios. The EM team lead is also expected to play a strategic role in formulating deployment protocols to cater to the changing business requirements and promote optimization strategies from resource management perspective.
Key responsibilities:
Work as subject matter expert on resource management concepts and scheduling tools for multiple regions/industry/sector teams.
Ensure compliance to GDS EM protocols and guidelines. Have strategic discussions with service delivery to ensure business changes are incorporated in deployment plans.
Provide technical inputs to improve the health of the business.
Provide thought leadership to the EM team in identifying and implementing resource optimization techniques.
Implement and monitor quality compliance within the assigned EM team.
Identifying and prioritizing opportunities for process improvement/re-engineering.
Develop a strong business continuity framework for self and team.
Lead people engagement and people development activities to create a positive work environment for the team.
Collaborate with other EM team leads and share best practices
Qualification/Experience:
Graduates with 7-8 years of relevant, post-qualification experience focused on resource management, scheduling and deployment concepts.
Experience on EM tools and scheduling techniques will be preferred
Minimum 3 years experience in directly supervising teams will be mandatory
Competencies/Skills:
Strong execution skills with focus on meeting timelines and delivering highest quality service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent teaming and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management and analytical skills.
Stakeholder/client management experience.
Positive attitude and ability to excel under tight timelines.
