The Software Engineer/QA Automation position is responsible for managing our enriched CRM integration service for the KPMG Australia firm.
Your role:
Analysing and understand the business and user’s requirement and map the requirement into an implementation strategy
Provide expertise and guidance to develop architecture and design patterns in existing BizTalk system and in Azure using different azure components like Azure Active Directory, Azure Storage, ARM Templates, JSON scripting, Azure App Services to manage integration landscape with Dynamics CRM system.
Writing, maintaining, and developing program code using Microsoft Technologies like BizTalk Server and Microsoft’s cloud-based technology like APIs development, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs by following the specific security guidelines
Determine the limitations and identifying the gap in the Microsoft BizTalk product and develop the transformation framework for Microsoft Azure Integration Service solutions
Testing, debugging and correcting errors and faults in applications using established
testing protocols and guidelines to maintain quality standards and to ensure programs and
applications are following specification
Prepare architecture and technical project documentation by developing flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code
Identify and validate risks, issues in systems and develop mitigation plan
Oversee implementation, coordination with test team and business and validate the software developed matches the business requirement and meets expected performance
Work closely with other team and Global team for managing CRM integrations landscape
Providing advice and expertise in developing plan for software design activities, software purchases and upgrades
You will bring to the role
In order to be successful in this role you will require:
Experience as a Software Engineer and working experience between Dynamics CRM and integrations using BizTalk and Azure Integration services essential
Experience with APIs in a RESTful or JSON API format, incorporating API-design, and back-end performance considerations
Extensive experience working with BizTalk, Azure Integration Services and Dynamics CRM
Oversee implementation, coordination with test team and business and validate the software developed matches the business requirement and meets expected performance
Prepare architecture and technical project documentation by developing flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code
Work closely with other team and Global team for managing CRM integrations landscape
Strong understanding of integrating with Global and local KPMG applications
Proven experience project managing activities with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
A team player with excellent collaboration skills and experience in dealing with stakeholders at all levels
