Data Digital and Transaction Banking(DDTB) delivers enterprise solutions across web and mobile channel for Institutional customers. The technology platform houses multiple products across businesses.

As an Engineer,

You will be part of the DDTB Tech area within Institutional Domain.

The main focus of our Tech Area is to create a system of people, process and technology (on premise and cloud), built for agility, to provide seamless experience and capabilities for our Institutional customers

With respect to technology – this tech area uses the latest cutting-edge tech stack

What will your day look like
Design and brainstorming sessions to re-architect the Mobile App
Write code to release a new feature to the customers
Supporting and debugging any issues
Solving ambiguous and complex data problems
Coaching, Mentoring junior developers
Work collaboratively within and across teams, Tech Areas and Domains
What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role you will ideally bring the following:

Requires 5+ years of relevant technical work experience
Experience in Web/Mobile Frontend including one or more frameworks such as ReactJS, Redux, React native,unit testing packages/tools (Mandatory)
Strong UI framework experience. J2EE/Java development high level familiarity.
Must have strong object oriented programming knowledge in javascript. (Mandatory)
Must have excellent coding ability and passion to write code (Mandatory)
Experience in reactive programming using the libraries rxjs, redux saga (Mandatory)
Experience developing APIs using NodeJS, Springboot (Nice to Have)
Experience with build tools such as maven, gradle, ant or similar. (Nice to Have)
Experience with performance tuning (Mandatory)
Experience with UI Automation (Mandatory)
Exposure to micro-services architectures and frameworks (Optional)
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements (Mandatory)
Experience with code versioning tools (Git, SVN, Mercurial) (Mandatory)
Experience with Build Automation tooling (Bamboo, Jenkins, TeamCity, etc)
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing challenging solutions(Mandatory)
Experience with security frameworks and concepts (Mandatory)
Exposure to cloud, containers and container orchestration via Docker, kubernetes.(Mandatory)
Experience with openshift will be a plus
Experience in unit testing, test automation and implementation activities
