Job Description : Job Description for Collection Manager / Sr. Manager :- Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab

Manage all Bucket collections end to end

Proactive Coordination with Internal Stakeholders for dues collections and issue resolutions

Coordination with Backend team fs well as customers on account reconciliation

Ensure that Balance confirmation from all customers is matching with company account& obtain frequent acknowledgement acceptance record for internal audits

Ensure that NPA is in control as against Company targets and objectives

Ensure that all customers are met on regular basis and proactive feedback shared to Managers in set formats along with action plans

Initiate and support on legal actions against defaulter customers in field

Maintain strict compliance as per Company Code of conduct and policies

Ensure that Company cost objective is met as per set targets

Ensure that Bucket target collections is met & managed through collections agencies/ Internal Stakeholders and also through self-visits on cases in field

Ensure that Collection agencies pay out is disbursed in time as per laid down SOP and TAT

Ensure that Collection agency is Maintaining the SOP and Code of Conduct as per laid down process/ policy
