The JABO Content Operation & Comp. Intel Lead is directly under JABO Merchant Operation Lead and dotted line to JABO S&P Lead who is responsible for merchant content accuracy and visibility (both offline & online) and also collaborate with other stakeholders for marketing intelligent and analysis.
Get to know the Role
The candidate must understand the merchant life cycle and knows digital marketing /campaign; content, and merchant operation
Prospective leadership skill who able to encourage team member, setting strategy, and monitor progress toward goals
We believe a successful candidate has the CAN DO spirit, is able to work independently, good data analysis, and creative to initiative a program/improvement project
This role is a crucial part of a team required to grow our business at scale, particularly on the merchant investment (long tail)
Day-to-Day Activities
Organization planning in operations including city data collection, content curation, management, branding visibility, and parity
Analyzing internal data to maintain and improve city collection conversion rate (thru content like photo penetration, collection hygiene), monitoring city progress, highlight and solve the issues
Managing and supervising Operation Field Agent team and Content Administration team, including hiring and assessing talent, and evaluation of team productivity and efficiency
Managing end to end merchants on platform directory and solve inquiries from stakeholders
Provide report on the data to higher level and across the team
Provide competitive intelligent and establish the action plan
The Must-Haves
You have the Heart, Hunger, Honor, and Humility required to work at Grab
You have knowledge of Merchant Operations
Skillful in Data Management & Analysis (SQL will be a plus point)
You able to understand merchant insight thru survey or FGD
You have great attention to details (especially manipulating data and excel tools) and are able to work carefully with less supervision
