Job Description : Property ManagerJob Description:1. Manage and maintain Company Properties and new construction and other maintenance activities2. Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)3. Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications4. Assess potential risks, materials and costs5. Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies6. Oversee Agencies work and co-ordinate with Interior Designers and Management7. Monitor progress and compile reports in project status8. Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required Requirements9. Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD10. Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.11. Project management and supervision skills12.
