MuleSoft is looking for a skilled Delivery Sr. Manager to join our expanding Training and Certification team in supporting the rocketing demand for MuleSoft skills. As the company continues its explosive growth, the exigencies of the MuleSoft ecosystem for high-quality and accessible training have become critical to the success of our expanding base of customers and partners.
In this role, you will maintain a laser focus on the success of our customers through training delivery programs, being our instructor-led services the main program. You will be the principal conduit in ensuring aspiring MuleSoft Developers, Architects, and Operations personnel are able to get the enablement they are seeking.
As part of your delivery responsibilities, you will own the success of our Authorised Training Partner Program in EMEA, partnering closely with the Global Training Director of Partner Programs. You will also form part of the EMEA Training Leadership team contributing to the strategy and success of the team and its members.
What you’ll achieve:
3 Months
Participate in MuleSoft onboarding and enablement
Meet with the EMEA instructor team (FTE and contractor) and set up regular communication cadence
Ownership over the EMEA instructor schedule
Assume responsibility for EMEA Training instructor-led delivery service metrics
Start developing cross-functional relationships
12 Months
Fully ramped and executing
Develop and execute against a capacity plan for the public schedule of EMEA classes, driving utilization and optimization of FTE and contract instructor resources
Develop and execute against a readiness plan for instructor development for both new hire onboarding and ongoing technical preparedness for new product introduction and career development.
Develop and enrich existing KPIs for measuring the success of resource utilization and instructor readiness
Work closely with the Portfolio team to assist in maintaining high-quality training materials
Work with regional Advisory team to forecast capacity plan for instructor resources to deliver private classes to customers and partners
Drive improvements to instructor development, including MuleSoft Certified Instructor train-the-trainer program in-region
Manage all aspects of contract consultant instructors
Drive continuous improvement in Instructor-led training, and provide readouts to management
What you’ll need to be successful:
Experience leading teams of delivery resources
Experience working with a Learning Management System or other resource management tools
Actively and continuously learn and stay informed about the latest curriculum updates, messaging, product capabilities, roles, and new systems and processes
Use innovative techniques to reach a dispersed, EMEA delivery organization; adopt new technologies as they become practical
Ability to prioritize and plan effectively with a demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and stay flexible and adaptable through growth and change
High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for helping others succeed
Strong interpersonal skills and you know how to form successful relationships and collaborate and work across functional teams – at various levels, internally and externally, in-person and virtually
Training delivery experience in a technical software or hardware company a plus
Experience with MuleSoft or other integration technology or API Management solution nice to have
Understanding of and experience with global cultures
Language fluency—strong English required; other languages nice-to-have
