Primary Responsibilities

Write high quality technical documentation for GrapeCity
Create new and update existing help files using help authoring
Explore product API’s and samples to understand the product and
Work with Subject Matter Experts to obtain in‐depth understanding of the
Write small code snippets to be added in the
Create simple use‐case samples to explain product
Report issues with product’s API, demo(s), website, found during exploration.
Create and communicate documentation plans with the stakeholders
Review content written by junior team members

Requirements

Minimum 5~8 years of experience in technical writing in relevant field with at least 1~2 years in project management.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
Excellent written and communication skills in English
Knowledge of HTML language, and programming basics.
Exposure to any Help Authoring tool would be preferred.
