Job Description : As part of the Marketing Technology Team, the Digital Marketing Data Analyst will play an important role in uncovering the business value in our marketing data to help drive important marketing decisions. The Digital Marketing Data Analyst will help perform analysis to assist in the reporting to our internal stakeholders and help streamline processes/tools within the Marketing Technology Team.

The Digital Marketing Data Analyst will have the opportunity to gain exposure into marketing attribution architecture, data management practices and considerations, marketing intelligence dashboards, key performance measures/KPIs and establishing marketing data pipelines. Through this, the Digital Marketing Data Analyst will be able to develop his/her analytical and technical skill sets.

Responsibilities

Analyze and generate insights into user behavior and marketing campaign performance through data exploration.
Understanding the data needs of internal stakeholders and supporting them with relevant analysis and reports.
Investigate potential data issues or business related problems.
Automate our data pipelines by developing Python scripts.
Fine tune and improve how we measure marketing performance by evolving our attribution model and diving into how users interact with our product over time and across devices.
End-to-end responsibility for marketing KPIs from data collection, processing to availability and reporting.
Own strategic analytical projects, as well as regular monitoring to spot trends, find anomalies and initiate actions based on your findings.
Setup, calibrate and execute A/B tests with the goal of generating actionable insights for our marketing teams.

Requirements

At least 1 year experience in digital marketing.
Good knowledge of digital marketing attribution, tracking and tagging on both internal medias (i.e. website, app, MMP) and external networks (i.e. Facebook, Google Ads, Google Ad Manager).
Strong knowledge of SQL and able to analyse marketing problems with a good investigative approach and is comfortable in querying multiple datasets to pinpoint relevant insights.
Proficient in Python to conduct automation of marketing campaign creation via marketing APIs and reporting.
Experience in ETL, CI/CD and API development is good to have.
Proactive and independent, with clear communication skills in delivering insights in English.
