Overview: The Human Resources Administrator is the main point of communication of employees for HR concerns across all global offices. The SrHRA works with the HRA team to implement as well as administer all functions of the Human Resources Department. Key Deliverables:
A. Employee Documentation: Human Resources Administrator is responsible for the secure, confidential, and organized raising and management of all employee files.

Document global staff concerns/inquiries
50% of productive time will be handling overseas issues and tasks
Communicating with country and regional sales managers for each non-PH location
Report and Monitoring of probationary performance
Documentation of appraisals
Reporting line communication on action to be taken
Work with global staff on statutory requirements
Update HR documents relating to statutory payments
Interaction with Finance and Payroll
Salary Adjustments
Issuance of warnings
Administrative hearings
Resolutions
Termination and dismissal execution
100% accuracy in raised employee documents
All contractual documents, warning letters, or termination documents, as well as any official correspondence organized, stored and in hard copy records.
Performance Review and Staff Regularization
Proactive HR assistance to top performers
Employee facing – Global Staff concerns
Global statutory and compliance requirements
Development and maintenance of workbooks summarizing terms of staff contracts
Regular advance notifications to managers when staff probation is due to expire within the next two weeks
Maintain the AL & SL tracker based on reports
Maintain/adminster required registrations for Philippines employees statutory benefits
Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner

B. Visas

Human Resources Administrator is responsible for successfully applying for various business and work visas for TRT employees travelling or moving on TRT business.
Timely and accurate filing of visa requests with travel agency, visa agent or proper authority
Development, maintenance and monitoring of TRT Visa Tracker, which summarizes current visas held and pending renewal and expiration deadlines

C. Training and Skills

Human Resources Administrator is responsible for facilitating and tracking training of TRT’s employees globally.
Coordination and arrangement of approved training activities
Maintenance and reporting around the Training Register
Maintenance of Employee Skills Matrix

D. Facilities

Human Resources Administrator is responsible for coordinating the maintenance of Manila TRT facilities
Coordinate any scheduled maintenance of office with Facilities Administrator

E. Other tasks as assigned by ManagementJob Requirements:

3-5 years of proven record of successful execution of HR systems to greater than 100 employees in multiple foreign offices
Global Professional in Human Resources and Human Resource Management
You have a strong HR administrative experience
Knowledge and practice of relevant provisions of the Labor Laws
Strong ethics and reliability
You have strong communication skills – written and verbal
Can effectively communicate across the organization
