Jones Lang LaSalle, an international commercial real estate firm, is looking for an Enterprise Collaboration Sr. SharePoint Admin to support the JLL Enterprise collaboration environment. The JLL Enterprise Collaboration environment consists primarily of Office 365 collaboration tools, SharePoint (online and on-premises), and OutSystems, other solution provider tools and technologies within regional implementations. The Enterprise Collaboration Senior SharePoint Admin should have experience design, support, administration, configuration of SharePoint Sites and infrastructure in SharePoint On-prem and Office 365 environment. This includes intranet and internet portals, extranets, and team sites.
The successful candidate will demonstrate operating in a technically complex, fast-changing, and diverse environment.

Responsibilities

Support, configure and develop the SharePoint On-prem and Office 365 environment(s)
Maintain and administer SharePoint services – Search, Content, Access, App Management, SharePoint Design manager, API’s, and Connector configuration(s)
Manage SharePoint end-user accounts, permissions and access rights by best practices regarding privacy, security and support
Understanding of SharePoint administration, including management of SSO(Singal-Sign-On), web applications, site collections, web sites, service applications, backup/restore, solution deployment
Hands-on experience of Signal-sign-on(SSO) interaction using the third party trusted identity provider, e.g. Okta, ADFS and site minder
Analyze and assess existing business systems and integrations and suggest improvements for automation
Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with users, stakeholders, and/or business units
Assist with platform project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and implementation
Assist with efficient implementation of new software products, tools or systems and for resolution of any adaptation issues
Maintain software licenses, certificates and subscriptions and SharePoint On-prem product security patches
Understanding network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with SharePoint framework, sites, notifications, and workflows
Enhance SharePoint functionality and/or performance as required
Generate website statistics and Audit reports as needed, using custom or packaged
Develop and maintain user and technical manuals and documentation, including preparing training materials and providing training to users with varying levels of experience
Advanced knowledge of web parts, lists, content types, workflows, templates, and teams
Strong Experience with Sharepoint content migrations using third-party tools, e.g. Sharegate, Metalogix
Experience using SharePoint Designer and deploying standardized templates and permissions
Advanced knowledge of Automation Scripting with PowerShell
Work with desktop/developer/L2 support staff on the necessary end-user support.

Experience & Education
6-8 years of experience in Office 365 and SharePoint Services in a multi-domain environment
Having a Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems from a reputed University
Strong computer science fundamentals.

Technical Skills & Competencies
Experience with Microsoft collaboration tools like SharePoint On-Premises, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams etc.
Self-motivated problem solver; able to thrive in a dynamic and customer-focused environment
Strong SharePoint administration experience in an Office 365 environment
Knowledge and hands-on experience on Outsystems and Azure experience a plus
Basic Networking and Systems skills a plus
Strong knowledge of automation scripting, workflow, monitoring, and system configuration tools
Ability to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders and other Teams
Demonstrated organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Knowledge of current technology, industry concepts, trends and directions
Progressive experience managing varied systems in a large centralized, decentralized or distributed environment
Technical expertise in planning, setting and sustaining infrastructure standards and leading and participating in projects to deliver solutions.
