The Field Training Manager is a strategic partner responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of all aspects of employee development while ensuring alignment with overall goals and values. The individual is responsible for collaborating with Senior Leadership and HR to identify and target specific development needs along with global trends. Responsible for leading and developing multiple trainers in varying markets.

Additional Responsibilites include:
Serve as a strategic partner to HR and Senior Leadership to analyze training needs and develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
Evaluate instructor performance and the efficiency of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
Partner with HR and Resort Leadership to identify top-talent at the sites and build customized development plans.
Proactively review SALT scores and customer feedback to identify areas of opportunity.
Provide continued support and development to the Field Trainers.
Assist in the development and research of company-wide training initiatives that support the Resort Operations function.
Establishes a local communication plan to advise team members and management of available training opportunities.
Qualifications

At the core of our company’s success are our Team Members. To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
3+years of related experience
2+years of management or supervisory experience
Travel required
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
MS/MA/Master’s Degree
5+years of experience in Training
3+years of managing or supervising a team
Travel as needed
