Job Description : Job Description: ***We are hiring Patient Experience Specialist* professionals with a passion for helping others to join our telephone-based customer experience hub. Under the leadership of our customer experience manager, you’ll assist patients across multiple markets in scheduling their medication deliveries while also being energetic and engaged in answering patient questions and solving challenges a patient may be facing.This position will be based in our Patient Experience Center located in Ogden, UT.What you’ll do:

Manage and support patient correspondence on a daily basis through in-bound phone calls/text/chat/email features and in addition makes outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed.
Schedule medication deliveries to patient homes and offices
Problem solve roadblocks to patient satisfaction
Leave patients feeling delighted

What you’ll need:

1 or more years of customer service experience (call-center preferred)
Medical billing and patient services background preferred
Great communication skills
Computer literacy
