Job Description : Chick-fil-A carries the culture that businesses want to replicate. The Senior Director is a leader of leaders and seeks out & develops rising talent within the business. With your proven strong sense of leadership development, you will embed the Chick-fil-A culture & standards of operation to ensure success.
3-day workweek schedule. You will work Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday with potential meetings on the non-operational working days. You are essentially in charge of half of a 10 million dollar business. The entire store is split into two teams, so you will have the same team members and leaders working with you during these shifts every day.
You will have the responsibility for directing the daily operations of one quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including:

Customer relations – Escalations and Complaint management, ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers.
Selecting, training, developing, motivating, coaching and recognizing staff for operational excellence
Manage cost and contractors for restaurant maintenance and repair
Inventory management – Manage food Costs & Ordering
Team management – Sales performance reporting, implementing plans to improve sales, developing leaders, training staff, oversee recruiting & dismissal management, oversee scheduling, create a leadership pipeline program.
Coordinate with our marketing team to follow and stay ahead of the new Corporate Marketing strategies, new product implementation, Training & embed these changes.
Financial accountability – Manage Labor Costs vs. Customer Experience, Food Costs & other expenses
Ability to self-develop and self-train with tools provided. Learn on the fly, Business Agility.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Other duties as required.
You must be a minimum age of 21+ years old for this job.
You must have proven management/leadership experience leading both managerial staff & entry level staff.

The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future. Knowing the Chick-fil-A business may open you to apply to become a franchise owner.
