Position Summary

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead and develop maintenance team members while overseeing all maintenance projects, preventative maintenance and repair work. Working within our factories will give you a strong sense of our safety-first and continuous improvement culture. From you, this position requires strong leadership skills and knowledge of maintenance concepts. You must mentor staff, contribute to continuous process improvement and ensure proper sanitation and safety guidelines are being met.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate installation and maintenance of equipment in the most efficient manner.
Schedule maintenance projects in collaboration with production and engineering departments.
Ensure that all members of the maintenance department are properly trained in safety procedures.
Provide guidance and coaching, employee scheduling, evaluation and development for team members.
Recommend strategies for efficient operation of maintenance department, including implementation of projects and budget modifications.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (minimum):

High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, military, or related environment. People leadership experience preferred.

This position has a minimum salary of $82,000. Please note that the salary provided is a good faith estimate for the position. The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
