What You’ll Do

You will have the opportunity to help our business meet production targets by consistently producing high-quality interior finishing products in our Bolton, ON facility.

At a high-level, you will:

Produce products to meet work order specifications while meeting high standard of quality
Operate our machinery and equipment to the specifications of the manufacturer
Support plant continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure daily production continuously meets requirements of IFOTIS (In full, On Time, In Spec)
Participate in cross-training with other departments on the production line to further your skillsets
Understand and apply our health and safety policies and regulations
Available Shifts:

Monday to Thursday
6:00 AM to 5:00 PM
5:00 PM to 4:00 AM ($1/hr night shift premium)

Who You Are

We will provide in-house training to help you be successful in this role! No experience is necessary.
