OrthoArizona is looking for a Clinic Manager at our John C. Lincoln (3rd Street), Arrowhead, Avondale and Litchfield Park locations who has an energetic, upbeat, and positive attitude, with professional experience in the Health care setting.Job Duties: Direct supervision of all assigned staffPlans, coordinates and implements training for all assigned staffEnsures policies and procedures are up followed for each departmentCoordinates educational meetings, training, and CPR trainingCoordinates training on Practice Management and EMR softwareCoordinates ordering of inventory and equipmentPerforms facilities managementAttends meetings and participates in committees as requiredProvides supervision to direct and indirect reports to ensure achievement of desired resultsCollaborates with manager or director and physicians to provide appropriate staffing support resources; ensures adequate staffing levels in all departments & siteMaintains high quality and efficient patient careUtilize process improvement tools and techniques as part of daily workPerforms interviewing, hiring, corrective action, and termination activities in partnership with manager or director and / or HRPromotes and facilitates team resolution of problems and conflicts related to operations, staffing, and patient service in partnership with manager or director and HREffectively communicates with manager or director, staff and physiciansPerforms regular and timely performance reviews including any required 1:1 communicationEncourages development of team members and explains performance plans and compensationMotivates and encourages team membersFollows guidelines for personnel evaluation, recruitment and advancementPrioritizes work activities based on site and organizational demandsDemonstrates behavior that protects the safety of self/others and of the facility and equipmentFosters a culture of outstanding patient and customer service showing courtesy in interactions with patients, providers, and co-workersResponds promptly to patients, co-workers, and provider requestsExpected to be a positive and responsible team member with a positive attitudePresents good oral and written communication (documentation) skills
QUALIFICATIONSQualifications include:

Knowledge of clinic policies, department procedures, federal and state regulations as applicable
Knowledge and ability to train others on organization’s Practice Management and EMR software
Ability to work effectively with all levels of clinical staff and management
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PM & EMR software applications
Proficient with Microsoft Suite

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED 2 – 3 years progressive leadership experience in healthcare / physician operations and leadership*

Experience in administration or practice management
