Position : Senior Accountant and Finance Manager
Job Description : *Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all the business transactions are recorded.*Updating accounts receivables and issuing invoices.*Updating accounts payable and performing reconciliation.*Taking care of TDS, GST, TAN/PAN Application filling, ROC, and advance Tax-related filings must.*Maintain financial records and analyze balance sheets and general ledger accounts.*Maintaining general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivables details and control accounts.*Completing and securing the financial data keeping the records confidential.*Updating knowledge in accounting by participating in knowledge transfer sessions.*The person should be knowledgeable of administration duties also.*Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.*Co-ordinate and complete annual audits.*Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.*Meet financial accounts objective.*Maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.*Avoid legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.*Collecting and analyzing data which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates, MIS reports.*Examining accounting records to check for accuracy.*Accomplishing accounting and organizational mission by completing the tasks by co-coordinating with the team of senior team members.*As the position is for a premier client the person should be able to pay attention to details and should be making all the efforts to keep the client always informed about account-related information.*The executive should be taking extra initiative to give excellent client service and improve the services offered.Male & Female candidate (added advantage with two-wheelers) Qualifications and Skills*B.Com A bachelor’s degree in accounting is typically a prerequisite along with a high level of attention to detail* 6 – 15 yrs Experience in working in a team and Team handling skills.*Presentation skills as needed to give presentations about financial data and performance.*Good knowledge of MS Office, and excellent communication skills.*Experience of more than one year in a responsible accounting position.*Excellent knowledge of accounting principles.Reporting to Management and preparing client reports based on their financial data.Should be having experience in clients servicing in accounting.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹33,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:wear maskExperience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)Taxation: 4 years (Preferred)
