Position : Temporary – Work-from-Home – Caseworker / Customer Service

Job Description : Navient has immediate openings for temporary, work-from-home Case Worker / Customer Service, to support our growing customer base working from your home office. We seek reliable and solutions-oriented individuals to join our team. Must be a resident of the state of Arizona.

New hire training class starting on Monday, April 18th at $16.00 per hour plus bonus
Work from your home with Computer equipment provided by Navient
This new role will be fast-paced performing data entry review related to a new program. Attention to detail is vital to ensure required data is accurately verified to ensure the application moves to completion.

This temporary assignment is expected to last approximately 3-6 months; however, assignment may be shortened or lengthened based on business need. This temporary position is not eligible for benefits. Training Schedule Virtual Training Hours (first 2 weeks of employment)
Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM PST (11am-7:30 EST)
Regular Schedule:
Full-time schedules will vary and fall within the following days/hours:
Shifts are Monday-Friday; 7 AM- 3:30 PM PST, 9 AM- 5:30PM or 10 AM -6:30 PM PST ** Hours subject to change depending on business needs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Must be a resident of the state of Arizona
Experience in servicing customers with professionalism, diplomacy and consideration for the customer’s requests or concern
High speed internet access (Minimum 10MB upload speed, 10MB download speed)
You must use a provided ethernet cord and be hard wired into your server from the router/modem. You will not be able to use Wi-Fi or a hot spot.
Landline phone or cell phone
Must be able to download an app on a Smartphone or tablet
Private workspace or home office free of distractions and outside noise
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fast learner, ability to maintain an in-depth understanding of the training curriculum
Excellent PC and internet navigation skills
Efficient time management skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior experience in a high-volume call center preferred
Detail-oriented with close attention to program compliance requirements, record keeping guidelines, and file closeout expectations.
Ability to perform mathematical operations such as calculating percentages and working with large numbers
Ability to use analytical skills to interpret and evaluate information
Ability to read, write, and speak English (Bilingual preferred)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Strong customer service skills and knowledge of customer service best practices
Ability to maintain confidentiality of program information
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
