We are also very dedicated to creating a positive, collaborative atmosphere and valuable careers for both our caregivers and administrative team.We are currently looking for a full-time OUTSTANDING Branch Administrator.***Sign on Bonus $500***Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of the office’s daily operationsOversee client and caregiver relationships and work to build satisfaction and retentionManage corporate, industry, vendor, referral source, and community relationsManage office financials (e.g. create billing reports, finalize invoices)Correspond and coordinate with outside referrals (e.g. case manager, physicians, hospice)Provide oversight on compliance and policy procedures for home care agenciesComplete client intakes and develops appropriate service plansRequirementsExcellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsExcellent organizational, analytical, and solution-focused problem-solving skillsAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn ClearCare softwareQualificationsPreferred (however, not required) degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field, OR relevant experience in service, healthcare management, human resource, sales, or other corporate-level positions.BenefitsCompetitive payHealth insurance, eligible after 90 days1 week paid sick time, 1 week paid vacation 1st year, 2 weeks paid vacation 2nd yearBi-Weekly pay with direct deposit available401K w/employer matchPeriodic Performance Bonus (discretionary)Job Type: Full-timePay: $48,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearMedical Specialty:Home HealthSupplemental Pay:Signing bonusEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Management: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
