Position : Mortgage Loan Processor
Job Description : A mortgage broker located in Orange, CA. We are currently hiring a Loan Processor with processing experience. The Loan Processor will be responsible for managing a pipeline. Processor must be able to submit and process FHA, Conventional, Reverse Mortgage and some Hard Money transactions from start to completion.

You will have a key role in our fast-paced organization and you will be responsible for making sure our loans are ready to close on time and files are complete and on track. You will learn how to use our proprietary technology to deliver excellent customer satisfaction and help the company continue to improve and innovate.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Review active loan files each day to determine if any documents are missing or what can be done to help the process along
Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
Utilize professional judgement to determine which potential borrowers represent good risk opportunities for the organization
Ensure loan files meet regulatory guidelines and policies
Work with senior staff on any exceptions
Order property and loan documentation such as appraisals, inspections, title searches, site surveys, contracts, and property tax records to help process mortgage loan files.
Contacting clients to call out conditions
Sending CD’s, e-signs. etc.
Experience in the reviewing income documentation and financial statements
Perform duties under minimal supervision
Maintain accurate and detail documentation
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years as processor
Ability to communicate well on the phone and via email
Knowledge or passion for real estate is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal direction, highly motivated
Ability to multi-task
Strong attention to detail
Effectively communicate both verbally and orally
