About the Role
Twitch is looking for an experienced Content Producer to manage logistics and the execution plan for content on Twitch.tv/Twitch. The Content Producer will oversee the content production process, drive department goals and timelines, ensure quality control of content and manage livestreams. Reporting to the Lead Producer, you will have high visibility across the Marketing, Content, and Partnerships teams. You will work with the Partnerships and Content teams to organize staff and partner productions at TwitchCon and other owned and operated channels.
This position can be located in San Francisco, CA or remotely across the United States.
You Will:

Support Lead Producer and team in curating content for Twitch owned and operated channels including Twitch.tv/twitch
Manage meetings, timelines, and review process for all event content deliverables
Develop and schedule livestream content programming with Lead Producer’s input
Create content programming for both internal and speaker / partner deadlines
Drive programming review and selection process
Be the primary liaison with all partners and producers once their participation has been confirmed
Communicate all schedules and logistics with partners and speakers
Refine the process and coordinate cancellations and replacements
Support onsite execution of event content and speaker management

You Have:

5+ years experience of successfully building live production

Bonus Points

Experience with high touch client management
Experience with livestreaming services and platforms like Vmix and OBS
Well traveled, culturally sensitive, and able to balance human factors with professional expectations
Experience in the gaming and Content Creator space
Deep knowledge of the games industry and games media
Familiarity with Twitch as a user and broadcaster
Strong existing relationships within the gaming community

The pay range for this position in Colorado and Connecticut is $ 98,550 -164,250/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act and CT House Bill Number 6380. Base pay information is based on market location.
