LynxDx is a biotechnology company founded to commercialize a groundbreaking prostate cancer diagnostic test, known as MyProstateScore (MPS). This emerged from a genomic discovery made at the University of Michigan, from which the company is spun out of.
As the pandemic emerged in 2020, the company shifted its focus to COVID-19 PCR testing. Since the first test performed in May 2020, the lab grew to one of Michigan’s largest providers of COVID testing. Our COVID testing program is used by the University of Michigan, local hospitals, community drive-thrus, athletic programs, K-12 schools, and other partners across the State.
LynxDx is looking for an experienced REMOTE Customer Support Representative. This position will entail greeting customers, answering phone calls, answering emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts along with directing calls as needed. The position does require weekend availability and we are seeking candidates that can start immediately.
Hours:

Weekends

Weekdays TBD
Total hours: 40

Responsibilities:

Answer and triage customer support queries
Provide basic and accurate information via phone/email
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

Direct customers to the appropriate person
Receive, sort and distribute emails accordingly

Experience:

Call Center Experience: 2 years (Required)
Customer Support: 2 years (Required)

Skills:

Professional attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Positive, customer service attitude
Strong Attention to detail

Required Computer Skills Experience:

Google Suite
Excel
Email (ticket) and Phone (ticket) experience
