Job Description : Mountain Valley Fitness and Health is looking for a self-motivated and energetic part-time Gym Receptionist. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual that can work with a diverse team of people and be a smiling face for our gym members. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is a self starter, has great customer service and is able to multitask.Duties: Checking members in and out, helping members with their account, greeting people.Selling products and services to membersNew patient paperworkCreating and maintaining patient recordsChecking patients in and outDischarged patient handlingWaiting list maintenanceAnswering phonesGreeting patients courteouslyData entryRequirementsAt least eighteen (18) years oldHigh School Diploma or GEDProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteProficient with Google SuiteAbility to multi-task in fast-paced environmentAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsMust have CPR-AED certificate or be willing to get oneMust have COVID-19 vaccination, or become fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or have valid medical or religious exemption.Preferences1 Year Clerical Experience (Preferred but not required)1 Year Medical Industry Experience (Preferred but not required)Network Data Handling Experience (Preferred but not required)Physical Therapy Interest/Knowledge (Preferred but not required)Shift:Monday through Thursday: 3:00pm – 7:00pmFriday: 1:00pm – 5:00pmEvery other Saturday: 7:45am-12:00pmThis is a regular shift working approximately 24 hours a week.Job Type: Part-timePay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour*COVID-19 considerations:All staff and patients are required to wear a face covering.Job Type: Part-timePay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Employee discountSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:La Grande, OR 97850: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
