Job Description : Sykes Cottages are now seeking a dynamic and ambitious Senior Owner Strategy Manager to join our hugely successful Performance Media Team at our Chester head office.Our newest Senior Owner Strategy Manager will sit at the heart of our wider Marketing Department made up of some of the best and brightest industry talent in the North West. You will joining our team as a member of our passionate Management team and will be crucial in both our departmental and business success as you lend your skills to a series of business-critical strategies.You will hold responsibility over total lead generation figures across Marketing teams, with responsibility for addressing misses and gaps where required as well as focus on full funnel activity and delivering end goals of go lives alongside Commercial teams.The role of Senior Owner Strategy Manager will focus across strategic problems within the business to assist with leading a strategic plan to overcome obstacles and further grow the business in all areas.As our newest Senior Owner Strategy Manager, you will hold the following key skills: Essential Experience: Paid Search Knowledge & Experience of managing accounts of large budgets independently across both Google and BingPaid Social Knowledge & Experience in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and able to manage large budgets independentlyExperience of managing budgets in excess of £4 millionExperience of managing a team with various goalsExcellent leadership skills, able to motivate a team and challenge team logic and the thinkingRelevant degree in Marketing/Maths/IT/Business or relevant experienceMinimum of 5 years working in a senior marketing roleUnderstanding of the wider marketing mixAbility to work in fast pace environmentAbility to adapt to changeExcellent analysis skills and attention to detail where data is concernedMust be innovative with a test and learn mentalityMeticulous approach to organisationPrevious experience dealing with senior stakeholder and presenting to senior managementThe ability to input on marketing strategy with an understanding of the impact on the wider businessDesirable Experience: Preferably agency and in house experienceExperience within the travel and tourism sectorHigh level of Maths abilityExperience of managing multiple areas of digital marketingProject management experienceProduct development skillsApp development knowledgeAs our newest Senior Owner Strategy Manager, you will be reporting into the Head of Performance Media and will be responsible for the following areas: Overall lead generation targets are hit and that each marketing team is hitting their own targets and working cohesively on overall goalsPerformance Media led generation through Paid Search, Social and Display.The market runway strategy for property recruitment is focussed on excelling the business based on the second home owner markets available to SykesLead generation for sister brands is considered in the best way to ensure that any support where required is provided to relevant brandsThe position will also hold responsibility over the following areas: Lead generation targets for all marketing teams are achieved including: leads, lead type targets, spend and channel mixResponsible for the creation of budgets and forecasting for relevant channels and areas (Lead Gen Sykes, Hogans & Other sister brands)Lead Generation strategy across wider business, supporting commercial teams with marketing activityFocus on full funnel activity for property recruitment by being conscious of overall business goals and stimulating funnel activity to hit the end objective of go livesLead generation targets within select sister brandsHybrid Working: Sykes Cottages are proud to support hybrid-working across the business with a mixture or remote and office working available and will be discussed at interviewJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Employee discountLife insuranceReferral programmeSchedule:Monday to Friday
