The Role:
The Sonoran Crest Superintendent is the nucleus of a successful project. The Superintendent must be engaged and operating at their full potential. The Superintendent is the leader of all field operations and executioner of safety, liability management, productivity and quality. The Superintendent sets the tone of the entire project and drives collaboration amongst all project stakeholders. The Superintendent is responsible for ensuring the project is built following safe building practices, regulatory requirements, per plan, well documented, and executed in a timely manner.
Key Accountabilities:
1. SAFETY – 30% of time spent
Ensure all team members are following job site protocols for safety to keep liability at a minimal risk.

2. LIABILITY MANAGEMENT – 30% of time spent

Collaborate and communicate appropriately with key stakeholders through documentation and maintaining schedules, submittals, plans and specifications to keep projects on a critical path.
3. PRODUCTIVITY & QUALITY – 30% of time spent

Master our technology and tools and stay abreast of industry trends and certifications to ensure creative and proactive problem solving to maintain and provide the best value for the team’s success.
4. PROFESSIONAL GROWTH – 10% of time spent
